Jack Doohan in Buriram for Asian F3 Round 2

#2 Jack Doohan (AUS – Hitech Grand Prix Tatuus Alfa Romeo)
F3 Asian Championship position: 2nd – 61 points – after 3 of 15 races

Heading into the second weekend in the F3 Asian Championship, Red Bull Junior Jack Doohan lies second in the points table, just seven adrift of his Hitech GP team mate Ukyo Sasahara.

This weekend they are in action at the Chang International Circuit in Buriram Province, Thailand. 16-year-old Australian Doohan knows what he has to do. "The main thing is that I've got to get my head around swapping back to this car after Paul Ricard in the Euroformula car. I've got to settle in to the Tatuus chassis and not dry to drive it like the Dallara. It's not really a problem, I feel that I've blended well with the team here, we understand each other and we had a very good first weekend."

"I haven't driven at this track, I've gone over the data and looked at in-car footage to get an idea of things but we have some free practice tomorrow (Friday). The weather forecast isn't great and obviously that can effect things but that's OK."

"So I'm not too concerned about anything, we should have a good base set-up and we can get ourselves in good shape for the weekend," concluded the laid-back teenager.
